      August 18th 2024 - Shopbox system updates

      New system updates are ready. Here is the overview of the changes that has happened.

      My Shopbox (Backoffice)

      Improvements:

      • Check marks are now removed on label-printed products, when returning from the print page in MyShopbox.

      POS

      Improvements:

      Bug Fixes:

      • When deleting the printer log(queue) the UI was not updated, causing confusion. This has been fixed.

      • Bug where an employee with staff credentials could return products by right swiping on basket lines is now corrected.

      • Clients using Inventory counting with a barcode scanner (not phone or tablet camera) would get the wrong menu shown when trying to do an area count with the scanner. This is fixed.

      • Problem solved where cashier reports were not loaded in the POS.

      • Problem solved where transactions were not loaded in the "Search for transaction" window.

      General

      Improvements:

      • It is now possible to re-send invoices and credit notes from POS from the transaction list via SMS or e-mail.

      • To better support recovering from errors when trying to update an inventory system, better error handling has been added. Now you can read what caused the error. Once corrected, you can resend each failed item.

      Bug Fixes:

      • Transaction report now shows tips with 2 decimals.

      • When editing or creating customers in the loyalty club, the country selection & phone prefix were empty.

      • Gift cards issued during a day are now added to the End of Day reports.

      • Errors provided by external APIs now show the full messages, allowing us to more effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues.

      • Debitors that are mapped to payment types were being displayed with their Internal Microsoft ID instead of their names. This has been fixed.

      • The Item Sales Report did not take timezone differences into account, resulting in inaccurate data comparison.

      • When a cash to bank line is sent to Dinero, it now no longer has a U25 VAT rate.

      • Importing customers in the Microsoft Business Central integration from Shopbox works again.
