      October 2025 – POS Version 2.6.0

      We’ve released new improvements and fixes for Shopbox POS. Here’s an overview of the most important updates in this version.

      New features

      Improved kitchen print

      • Clearer print that is easy to read – even on 57 mm

      • Modifiers split into Mandatory, Add on, Opt out

      • Option to divide into sections based on categories and tags

      New features in the counter (mobile/small screens)

      • Badge on products → instantly see basket quantities

      Bug fixes

      • Fixed issue where Favorites were scrambled after update

      • Corrected text alignment in the payment flow

      • Fixed issue where transaction total displayed incorrectly when discount = basket total (0)

      • Fixed printing issues on Landi devices from the transactions list

      • Restored refund functionality in the old Worldline integration

      • Corrected display of tax amounts with excessive decimals

      • Fixed app crash when opening Parked Orders

      • Improved product search performance

      • Restored missing tax display on combined payments with gift cards

      • Fixed issue where items reappeared in the basket after completing dine-in sales

      • Corrected tax margin calculation for products sold with other items

      • Fixed issue where split payments failed if the basket contained zero-priced items

      • Fixed issue where POS froze when switching tabs during active transactions

      • Fixed issue where discounts were not applied correctly on combo products

      • Fixed rounding inconsistencies between POS and receipts

      • Fixed issue where items duplicated when rapidly tapping the same product

      • Fixed issue where tables remained locked to staff after payment completion

      • Fixed issue where money-back amount was not shown on receipts during split payments

      • Fixed issue where Starting Cash field was not auto-selected in POS at cash opening

      • Fixed issue when moving items from direct sale to locked table

      • Fixed issue where Cash Rounding appeared in End of Day, even when already included in payments

      • Fixed issue where surcharges on Nets Cloud transactions were not shown correctly in End of Day

      • Fixed issue where gift card tax was missing in the transaction view

      • Fixed issue preventing users from closing the item count popup after canceling a spot count

      • Fixed issue where self-service settings from MyShopbox were only partially applied and not reloaded correctly
