1. Connect Proløn to Shopbox Shifts

In Shopbox's shift planning system. Shopbox Shifts, go under

1. Settings
2. Integrations
3. Find Danløn and press Integrate

For the integration to work correctly, you will be asked to enter

Employees

• Select the Employees tab (1)
• Enter Proløn Employee ID
  • You will find the Employee ID in Proløn. It is important that you keep it updated continuously.

Departments (this only applies to several departments)

• Select the Departments tab
• Enter the Proløn department ID
• Save

Congratulations! You are now integrated into Proløn.

2. Edit employee and employee ID

Press the three dots and select 'edit'. Then you will be able to edit the Employee and Department ID, just like when you integrated the first time!
