1. Connect DataLøn to Shopbox Shifts

In Shopbox's shift planning system. Shopbox Shifts, go under

1. Settings
2. Integrations
3. Find Visma Dataløn and press Integrate

For the integration to work correctly, you will be asked to enter

Employees 

• Select the Employees tab (1)
• Enter DataLøn Employee ID
  • You will find the Employee ID inside DataLøn. It is important that you keep it updated continuously.

Departments (this only applies to several departments)

• Select the Departments tab
• Enter the DataLøn department ID
• Save

Congratulations! You are now integrated into DataLøn.

2. Edit employee and employee ID

Press the three dots and select 'edit'. Then you will be able to edit the Employee and Department ID, just like when you integrated the first time!
