      How to connect Zenegy to Shopbox's shift planning system.

      In Shopbox's shift planning system. Shopbox Shifts, go under

      1. Settings
      2. Integrations
      3. Find Danløn and press Integrate

      Integrations - zenegy

      Holiday pay is given for salary supplements. Monthly wages and overtime are not exported.

       

      For the integration to work correctly, you will be asked to enter

      Employees

      • Select the Employees tab (1)
      • Enter Zenegy Employee ID
        • You will find the Employee ID inside Zenegy. It is important that you keep it updated continuously.

      Departments (this only applies to several departments)

      • Select the Departments tab
      • Enter the Zenegy Department ID
      • Save

      Zenegy ID

      Congratulations! You are now integrated into Zenegy. 

       

      2. Edit employee and employee ID

      Press the three dots and select 'edit'. Then you will be able to edit the Employee and Department ID, just like when you integrated the first time!
