When will WooCommerce synchronise my products for the first time?
This only happens when you actively go into the WordPress Backoffice and click Export products.

How can I start a manual product synchronisation?
- Log in to WordPress Backoffice
- In the left-hand menu:
- Check Export all
- Click the blue button Export products
- The synchronisation will now begin, and you should soon see changes on your products.
Note! Remember to refresh the Shopbox Backoffice browser window before looking for the updates.
Can I transfer products with different VAT rates to Shopbox?
Yes. It requires that the VAT rate already exists in Shopbox.
After that, you can match your WooCommerce VAT rules with the VAT groups you have in Shopbox.

Why are my products transferred to Shopbox without VAT?
Possible reasons:
- The product is registered without a VAT group
- The product is registered with 0% VAT
If neither applies, please contact support.
Why aren’t barcodes transferred to Shopbox?
If your barcode is stored in WooCommerce’s built-in barcode field or in a field created by a third-party plugin, it will not transfer because the integration does not support it.

Why are my product changes in WooCommerce not registered in Shopbox?
Changes to a specific product should synchronise within a few minutes.
However, changes such as price or discount will not update in Shopbox if they are made using a third-party plugin.
In that case, you need to manually click Export products. You can see how to do that here.
I deleted a product in my webshop. Why is it still in Shopbox?
When you delete a product in WooCommerce, it is not automatically deleted in Shopbox.
If you want it removed in Shopbox, you must delete it manually.
Products transferred from my webshop have a new barcode I don't recognise?
Check the following:
- Check the settings in the Shopbox plugin in your WooCommerce Backoffice to see if product import is set to generate barcodes. See how to do that here.
- Check if “Automatically generate and assign a barcode” is enabled when creating products. See how to do that here.
