      March 5, 2025 – Shopbox system updates

      New system updates are ready. Here is an overview of the changes that have been made

      My Shopbox (Backoffice)

      Improvements:

      • Added a help page in MyShopbox, making it easier to find answers to your questions.

      Bug Fixes:

      • The issue with setting up the e-conomic integration has been resolved.
      • Staff users can no longer view other users’ information in MyShopbox.

       

      Shopbox POS 2.5.3

      Improvements:

      • Ability to select multiple items at once when adding them to the favorites page.
      • Improved table editing with the addition of “Save” and “Undo” buttons.
      • Option to disable the favorites tab in Shopbox POS.
      • Rounding rules applied to refunds for gift card payments.

      Bug Fixes:

      • The issue where start cash and cash to bank were not applied correctly at the end of the day has been fixed.
      • Incorrect payment allocation for mixed payments, where the cash portion was overwritten by the total amount, has been corrected.
      • The issue preventing event synchronization and greying out the “Next” button during end-of-day processes has been resolved.
      • Company logos now display correctly after payment or timeout in POS self-service mode.
      • Printing more than three copies of tickets or gift cards now works without issues.
      • All variants are now displayed correctly when printing labels from the register.
      • Currency payments now appear correctly on receipts in the split payment window.
      • Punch cards no longer need to be scanned twice to be applied to the cart.
      • The Bluetooth printer Star TSP650II is now correctly recognized in the POS app.
      • Fixed errors in calculations on the transaction page and for modifiers with similar names.
      • Tables are now properly cleared in Xamarin.
      • Modifiers are no longer removed during the takeaway flow.
      • The order form in Weorder now displays modifiers on kitchen reprints.
      • Kitchen orders with decimal quantities are now sent only after full split payment.
      • The end-of-day process no longer doubles the settled cash amount, preventing discrepancies.
      • The cart now visually updates correctly when scanning.
      • Issues with mixed payments in foreign currencies have been fixed.
      • Cart discounts are now displayed immediately after being applied to avoid confusion at checkout.
      • The issue with accepting or rejecting orders has been resolved.
      • The search function on the favorites page now works correctly.
      • Split payment calculations are now accurate.
      • The end-of-day report now shows the correct figures—no duplicated Z-sales without X-sales.
