      Guide to Download and Test the New Shopbox Platform

      Welcome to the final phase of our development! Your feedback is key to making our new Shopbox platform even better. We’ve made it easy for you to get started with the test version – just follow this guide.

       

      What to Expect from the New Design

      The new and upgraded Shopbox platform is almost here. The test version is the final step in the process, and you play a crucial role. The upgraded Shopbox platform includes:

      • A new and modern design

      • Improved user-friendliness

      • Enhanced features, such as:

        • Table management: Makes it easier to organize guests and optimize service flow.

        • Checkout flow: Faster and more intuitive payment process.

        • Adding favorites: Save frequently sold items for quicker access.

       

      Things to Keep in Mind

      Before downloading the test version, please note the following:

      • Apple ID: Log in with the Apple ID you’ve previously shared with us to access the test version.

      • Device: Use the iPad associated with your store or restaurant.

      Detailed Guide

      Follow these steps to get started:

      1. Go to the App Store and search for “TestFlight.”

      2. Download the TestFlight app.

      3. Ignore the “Redeem” button: Leave the app as is once it’s downloaded.

      4. Wait for our email: You’ll soon receive an email with a link. Check your spam folder if it doesn’t arrive in your inbox.

      5. Click the link in the email: The link will take you directly to TestFlight.

      6. Open TestFlight: Click “Open” and locate the test app.

      7. Log in: Use your Shopbox or Quickorder login credentials.

      8. Recognize the test app: The test app has a small orange dot on its icon for easy identification. Use this test app as long as you're testing it. 

       

      Share Your Feedback with Us
