Keep Shopbox POS updated
Knowing your app version and turning on automatic updates helps you avoid surprises during busy hours and ensures you always have the latest improvements.
1. Check your Shopbox POS app version

Open Shopbox POS

Go to Settings
-
Tap About
-
See App version
2. Update Shopbox POS to the latest version

Open the App Store on your iPad
-
Search for Shopbox POS
-
Tap Update
If you do not see “Update”
-
If it says Open, you are already on the latest version
-
Close the App Store completely and open it again
-
Make sure your iPad is online and has enough free storage
3. Turn on automatic updates on iPad

Open Settings on your iPad
- Scroll down and tap Apps

Find and tap App Store
-
Under Automatic Downloads
-
Turn on App Updates

If you cannot find “App Store” in Settings
-
Use the search field at the top of Settings and search for App Store or updates

On older iOS versions, this can be under iTunes & App Store
