Deleting products and categories in the POS
If you want to delete products and categories in the POS, follow these steps:

Log in to the POS

Go to the tab that contains the products you want to delete

Tap the pencil icon at the top left called Edit

You will now be able to edit different items

Tap the orange pencil next to the product or category you want to delete

You are now inside the product or category you want to remove.

Tap on the trash bin icon in the top right corner, then tap Save

When you are done deleting, tap the green Done button and refresh Shopbox in the top right corner using the rotating arrows

Deleting products and categories in Backoffice
If you want to delete products or categories in Backoffice, start by logging in at my.shopbox.com

Click on Product Catalog in the menu on the left side

Click the product/category icon on the left, to mark what you want to delete

You can select multiple items at once, as shown in the image

When you have selected the ones you want to delete, click on the trash bin icon in the top right corner
