How to delete products and categories in Backoffice

In this guide we will explain how to delete products and categories, you no longer want active in Shopbox.

Deleting products and categories in Backoffice

If you want to delete products or categories in Backoffice, start by logging in at my.shopbox.com

1. Click on Product Catalog in the menu on the left side

2. Click the product/category icon on the left, to mark what you want to delete

3. You can select multiple items at once, as shown in the image

4. When you have selected the ones you want to delete, click on the trash bin icon in the top right corner
