How to delete products and categories in your POS

In this guide we will explain how to delete products and categories, you no longer want active in Shopbox.

Deleting products and categories in your POS

If you want to delete products and categories in your POS, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your POS

2. Go to the tab that contains the products you want to delete

3. Tap the pencil icon at the top left called Edit

4. You will now be able to edit different items

5. Tap the orange pencil next to the product or category you want to delete

You are now inside the product or category you want to remove.

1. Tap on the trash bin icon in the top right corner, then tap Save

When you are done deleting, tap the green Done button and refresh Shopbox in the top right corner using the rotating arrows
