In this guide we explain how to enable and work with product favourites in the POS.
The favourites tab is your home screen. It is the screen you are always returned to after completing a transaction.
The favourites tab gives you quick access to categories or products, that are used frequently in your business.
Add a product or category to the favourites tab
You can decide which products and categories, that should appear on the favourites tab.
- Tap on the large plus button in the middle of your favourites screen
- Find the category or product you want to add, by scrolling through the list or using the search bar
- Tap on the item you want to add, and it will appear on your favourites screen
Remove a product or category from the favourites tab
- Tap on the Edit button in the top right corner
- Tap on the pencil icon next to the item you want to remove
- Tap on Remove favourite
Disable or enable the favourites tab
If you don't want to use the favourites tab in the POS:
- Tap on Edit in the top right corner
- Tap on the green switch next to Favourite tab to disable it
- Tap Done
If you want to enable the favourites tab again later:
- Tap on Edit in the top right corner
- Tap on the green switch next to Favourite tab to enable it
- Tap Done
