To get the latest features and improvements, it’s important to always keep your Shopbox POS app updated. Follow this guide to check if you have the newest version installed.
Step 1: Open the App Store

Tap the App Store icon on your iPad.
Step 2: Go to your apps

Tap your profile picture in the top right corner of the App Store.

You’ll see a list of apps with available updates.
Step 3: Find Shopbox POS

Scroll down the list.

If Shopbox POS appears here, a new version is ready.

Step 4: Update the app

Tap Update next to Shopbox POS.

Once the update is complete, your app is ready to use in the newest version.
Step 5: Double-check

You can also search for Shopbox POS directly in the App Store.

If it says Open instead of Update, you already have the latest version.
