      How to make sure your Shopbox POS app is up to date

      To get the latest features and improvements, it’s important to always keep your Shopbox POS app updated. Follow this guide to check if you have the newest version installed.

      Step 1: Open the App Store

      • Tap the App Store icon on your iPad.

      Step 2: Go to your apps

      • Tap your profile picture in the top right corner of the App Store.

      • You’ll see a list of apps with available updates.

      Step 3: Find Shopbox POS

      • Scroll down the list.

      • If Shopbox POS appears here, a new version is ready.

      Step 4: Update the app

      • Tap Update next to Shopbox POS.

      • Once the update is complete, your app is ready to use in the newest version.

      Step 5: Double-check

      • You can also search for Shopbox POS directly in the App Store.

      • If it says Open instead of Update, you already have the latest version.
