Improvements

  • Added a new "Access My Shopbox" permission, when enabled for a role, it grants access to My Shopbox without showing the restrictive access screen. (See screenshot on how to enable it)

  • Quantity price rules can now start from 1 piece (previously a minimum of 2), enabling automatic discounts on single products.
  • When auto-filling a customer's phone number from a WeOrder-suggested client during a manual POS takeaway order, the number no longer requires the country code.
  • Added a "Barcode" column to the Inventory report and renamed the "Tags" column to "Category," in both the on-screen and downloaded versions.

Bug Fixes

  • Revenue postings synced to Tripletex from certain historical periods were recorded against the wrong accounts/categories due to a mapping issue that has since been fixed for new transactions; the affected historical postings have now been corrected.
  • In My Shopbox (Loyalty club → Customers), the customer purchase-history panel didn't resize on smaller screens, cutting off transaction dates, amounts, and the open-transaction icon. The panel now adapts correctly so the full purchase history is visible without zooming out or widening the window.
  • Barcode validation incorrectly treated barcodes on archived products as active duplicates, blocking users from updating existing products or creating new ones that reused an archived product's barcode ("THE CODE HAS ALREADY BEEN TAKEN" error). Archived products are now excluded from the uniqueness check.
  • Setting up the Online Gift Card integration failed with a generic "AN ERROR OCCURRED" message unless all three loyalty types (Gift Card, Stamp Card, Experiences) were enabled. The integration can now be saved with only the loyalty types you select.
  • The Settlement report's "Gift card issued" figure was incorrect: it showed zero when a gift card was issued, and instead reflected redeemed gift card payments (divided by 100) when a gift card was used to pay. It now reflects the actual total value of gift cards issued during the period, and the extra "GIFT AMOUNT" category-group total has been removed.
