Tripletex integration settings
Tripletex integration settings failed to save with a 500 error; account-mapping edits spun and never persisted. Now saves correctly.

Modifier VAT
Modifier VAT no longer followed main product VAT on sale. Fixed so modifier VAT follows the main product VAT.

Custom products in e-conomic
Custom products transferred to E-conomic invoices with 0% VAT instead of the selected rate. Now uses the correct rate.

Tag synchronisation
Tag create/rename/favorite changes on empty tags did not sync to POS or takeaway. Now synced.

Accounting Report
Accounting Report marked deleted-VAT lines as "Unmapped"; now maps to the deleted rate's percentage.

WooCommerce online payment types
WooCommerce online payment types were exposed as POS payment options. Now hidden from POS.
