May 2026: MyShopbox and API

In this version, we have updated MyShopbox with a new navigation and a more consistent visual design. We have also fixed several issues related to reports, tags, product editing, dashboard downloads and settings across stores.

Improvements

  • New navigation in MyShopbox

    • The top navigation has been moved to the left-side menu.

    • This makes it easier to find your way around, gives faster access to more features and reduces the risk of tabs being overlooked.

  • More consistent design

    • We have updated the visual design in MyShopbox with more consistent background colors, better spacing between elements, softer card corners and more depth in the interface.

    • This creates a cleaner and more cohesive experience across both new and older pages.

    • Some areas will still include elements from the previous design, but we will continue improving the experience and roll out new updates each quarter.

Bug fixes

  • Dashboard PDF download

    • We have fixed an issue where the store name and date range at the top of a downloaded dashboard PDF were cut off. The header now displays correctly.

  • Settings across stores

    • We have fixed an issue where the “Applies to all stores” field did not save settings correctly across stores. When the field is enabled, the setting now syncs correctly to all stores.

  • Tags when creating and editing products

    • We have fixed an issue where tags and tag groups were not shown under “Add tag” when creating or editing products in MyShopbox. Tags now load and display correctly.

  • Report data in MyShopbox

    • We have fixed an issue where reports could appear empty even when there was data in the selected period. Report data now displays correctly.

  • Product name in preview

    • We have fixed an issue where the preview bar did not update with the new product name until the page was reloaded. The preview now updates instantly.
