May 2026: MyShopbox and backend update

In this update, we have improved integrations, digital gift cards and reports in MyShopbox. We have also fixed issues related to product prices, export files and accounting integrations.

Improvements

  • COGS support for WooCommerce

    • The WooCommerce integration now supports Cost of Goods Sold. This means that purchase prices from WooCommerce are automatically synced to Shopbox for both simple products and variants.

  • New digital gift card design

    • We have introduced a new design for digital gift cards. The new layout supports custom banners, logos and merchant branding, giving the gift card a more modern and professional look.

  • Improved Customer Origin Report

    • The Customer Origin Report now includes a new column for number of transactions. We have also updated the column names, order and design, making the report easier to read and more consistent.

Bug fixes

  • Correct display of products and modifiers when deleting a category

    • We fixed an issue where modifiers were incorrectly counted as products when deleting a category. The confirmation dialog now shows the correct number of products and modifiers separately.

  • Date added to SAP export file names

    • SAP export files now include the date in the file name. This ensures that daily export files no longer overwrite each other.

  • Updated prices from integrations are handled correctly

    • We fixed an issue where old prices were not removed correctly when prices were updated through an integration. This reduces the risk of products being sold at the wrong price.

  • e-conomic setting is saved correctly

    • We fixed the e-conomic integration so the “Standard sales account” setting is now saved correctly and remains selected when the integration is reopened.

  • Poweroffice invoice export has been fixed

    • We resolved an issue that could cause invoice export to Poweroffice to fail due to a validation error in the Poweroffice API.

  • Tripletex setting is saved correctly

    • We fixed an issue where changing “Export Invoice” from “Export Draft” to “Book Invoice” in Tripletex was not saved correctly.
