Scheduled orders are completed at the correct time
- Paid scheduled orders are now completed automatically 20 minutes after the selected pickup time. Previously, they were completed 20 minutes after the order was created.
Warning for duplicate table names
- You now receive a warning if you try to create a table with a name that already exists in the branch. This helps prevent confusion in POS and integrations.
Improved display of product images in Weorder
- Product images sent from Shopbox to Weorder are now automatically adjusted to a 16:9 aspect ratio. This removes white borders around images that are not in landscape format.
Improved handling of menus in Weorder
- We have improved the handling of menu orders from Weorder. VAT is now calculated correctly based on the VAT rates of the individual products, and products are displayed correctly under the menu they belong to.

Inventory alerts are sent correctly again
- We have fixed an issue that meant inventory alerts were not always sent when stock reached or fell below the selected minimum level.
Takeaway and dine-in VAT settings are retained when editing products
- We have fixed an issue for Norwegian customers where editing a product in POS could reset the setup with separate VAT rates for takeaway and dine-in orders.
Refunds are registered with the correct card type
- Refunds are now registered with the same card type as the original payment. Previously, they could incorrectly be categorised as “Other cards”.
Correct order of modifier groups in Wolt
- Modifier groups are now displayed in the same order in Wolt as they are configured in MyShopbox.
Warning for duplicate barcodes
- You now receive a warning if you try to assign the same barcode to multiple products on a licence that does not allow duplicate barcodes.
Correct posting of card surcharges in Billy
- The Billy integration now includes a separate account mapping for card surcharges. This ensures that surcharges are posted correctly and that daily closing drafts balance.
Correct registration of Nets Cloud payments
- We have fixed an issue where some Nets Cloud payments could be registered with an unknown card type. The card type is now registered correctly based on the terminal data.

In this update, we have improved the handling of scheduled orders, product images and menus in Weorder. We have also fixed issues related to inventory alerts, VAT and card payment registration.
