      November 2025 – Update for Backoffice/MyShopbox

      We have released several important improvements and bug fixes. Here is an overview of the most relevant changes in this version.

      Bug fixes

      • Fixed an issue where modifier prices were set to zero when switching orders to TO GO in the POS for certain Danish clients due to a backend data inconsistency.

      • Resolved an issue where opening hours and closed status were not updating correctly from Weorder in production.

      • Corrected the item level discount recalculation logic for products with modifiers on saved transactions.

      • Fixed a Sentry-reported issue preventing certain products from being archived.

      • Corrected inaccurate totals in the Category Sales Report.

      • Removed unintended tax information returned in the Weorder order menu transaction list.

      • Fixed a permission issue where disabling “Cashier Reports” for a user had no effect.

      • Ensured that disabled sub-categories in Shopbox are no longer visible in Weorder after pushing updates.

       

      Improvements

      • Enabled proper synchronization of prep time from the POS to all connected Weorder restaurants.
