October 2025 – Update for Backoffice/MyShopbox

We have launched new improvements and fixes for Backoffice/MyShopbox. Here’s an overview of the most important changes in this version.

Fixed issue where Takeaway Price and Takeaway Tax were not displayed in create/edit product for Norwegian customers
Fixed issue where new products created via filter were not activated by default
Fixed issue preventing editing of Custom Price Products
Fixed issue when removing variant takeaway price → can now be set to null without error
Fixed issue where Modifier Takeaway Price was saved as 0 instead of null
Restored display of Takeaway Price and VAT (15/25%) for Norwegian restaurants after layout update
Fixed issue where Barcode and SKU fields could not be edited on variants
Expanded field width for Barcode on iPads so the last digits are always visible
Fixed server error (500) that prevented editing products for migrated Quickorder customers
Fixed issue preventing creation of Manual Takeaway Integrations
Fixed issue where modifiers showed the wrong “To Go” VAT rate for Norwegian customers
Fixed issue where Norwegian customers could not edit menus

Fixed issue when adding Discount Groups to specific customers
Fixed issue where “Other Card” was imported incorrectly in Billy
Fixed synchronization issue where orders were not exported from Shopify to Shopbox
Fixed issue where Cash Registers were deleted automatically
