      Can gift cards purchased on my webshop be used in Shopbox?

      Gift cards purchased on your webshop cannot be used in Shopbox unless you manually import the gift cards into Shopbox each time a new one is created. You can see how to import gift cards to Shopbox here.

      We offer a feature for online gift cards in Shopbox. These are registered in Shopbox and can be used in the physical store.


      Note! Gift cards purchased this way cannot be used in your webshop.

      Gift cards purchased in Shopbox cannot be used on your webshop unless you manually import gift cards into the webshop when new ones are created. You can see how to export your gift cards here.
