      Can gift cards purchased on my webshop be used in Shopbox?

      Gift cards purchased on your webshop can't be used in Shopbox unless you manually import the gift cards into Shopbox every time a new one is created.

      We offer a feature for online gift cards in Shopbox. These are registered in Shopbox and can be used in the physical store.

      Note! Gift cards purchased this way can't be used in the webshop.

      Can gift cards purchased in Shopbox be used on my webshop?

      No. Gift cards purchased in Shopbox can only be used in the webshop if you manually import the gift cards when new ones are created.
