Can I prevent Shopbox from changing inventory in WooCommerce?
Yes. It is entirely up to you whether Shopbox should update your inventory in WooCommerce.
This can be disabled in the WooCommerce Backoffice. See how to do it here.
Can I synchronise across multiple inventory locations?
No. The integration does not support synchronisation across multiple locations.
Why is my inventory in WooCommerce not updated when items are sold in Shopbox?
There may be several reasons:
- Is inventory synchronisation enabled? See how to check here.
- Make sure the product has been transferred from the webshop. For example, compare the SKU in Shopbox with the one in the webshop.
- Is the Shopbox plugin updated to the latest version? You can see how to update the plugin here.
- Check whether your webhook has changed. You can see here how to compare the entered webhook with the active webhook.
I updated my stock in my webshop, but it is not updated in Shopbox
The integration doesn't update the inventory if the change is done as a manual stock adjustment.
This applies in both Shopbox and WooCommerce.
Inventory is only updated automatically when sales occur.
I updated my stock in Shopbox, but it is not updated in my webshop
Same as above – the integration does not update inventory on manual adjustments, only on sales.
