At Shopbox, we’re proud to share an exciting announcement: We now offer 24/7 customer support! This is a significant milestone in our efforts to improve our service and make your daily operations easier.

Our New Support Hours

We’ve tailored our support to meet your needs throughout the week, ensuring you can always get the help you need, when you need it:

  • Regular Support: Monday - Saturday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
  • Emergency Hotline: Monday - Saturday, 4:00 PM - 9:00 AM, and 24/7 on Sundays and public holidays.

What Does This Mean for You?

With this new setup, you can feel confident knowing help is available whenever challenges arise. Here’s what you need to know:

  • The emergency hotline is reserved for critical operational issues.
  • For general inquiries, we kindly ask you to contact us during regular support hours. Outside these hours, we may refer you to email or arrange a callback at a later time.
  • The emergency hotline is answered by either Danish- or Norwegian-speaking supporters, and we can always assist in English if preferred.
