      Tips - how to set it up

      This guide will show how to activate tips on AMS1 and P400 terminals

      On the POS select 'settings'

      1. Under 'Hardware' select 'Card Terminals'
      2. Turn tipping ON
      3. Press Save

      What it looks like for the customer

      When tipping is turned on, the customer will see the following image on the terminal. Here they can choose whether they want to enter a tip or 'No tip'. If they choose to enter tips, you can see the entire flow below
