Setup – Weorder Integration

Connect your Weorder account to Shopbox in just a few minutes – here’s how.

How to set up the new Weorder integration in Shopbox

1. Go to Integrations

Log in to your Shopbox Backoffice and navigate to the Integrations menu.

Select Weorder, then click Activate integration.

2. Log in to your Weorder account

Enter your Weorder login credentials to continue.

3. Set up your new connection

After logging in, you’ll be asked to configure the connection. Fill out the following:

  • Shopbox location

    Select your venue from the dropdown.

  • Shopbox cash register

    Choose which register should be connected to Weorder.

  • Weorder restaurant

    Pick the Weorder restaurant you want to connect.

  • Filter

    Select one (and only one) filter – this controls which products are shown in Weorder.

  • Automatic printing

    Enable if you want kitchen prints to be sent automatically when an order is placed. Otherwise, your staff will need to print them manually from the POS.

4. Click “Save”

Once you’ve filled in all fields, click Save. You will now see an overview of your connection(s).

Final step: Sync the filter

Important! You must click “Sync filter” before proceeding.

If you forget, a helpful reminder will pop up 😊

From this overview, you can also:

  • Delete the integration

  • Log out of your Weorder account

 

You’re ready to go!

NOTE:

If you make changes to the filter in Weorder, you need to return to this setup and click “Sync filter” again.
