Account Settings

On my.shopbox.com, you can adjust various aspects related to your Shopbox user account and your business under Account Settings.

General

Here, you can view and update the information on your account, such as:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Email
• Phone Number

Want to change your password?
You can do so by filling in the three fields below your account information:

1. Your current password.
2. Your desired new password.
3. Repeat the new password to confirm.
   Then click the green "Save" button to apply the changes.

Business Settings

Here, you can view the information we have about your business. You can also upload a logo and manage your business details, such as:

• Business Name
• Business Email
• Business Phone Number
• Business Address

Report Settings

Under Report Settings, you can select which reports you’d like Shopbox to send you:

• Daily Sales Report
• Weekly Sales Report
• Monthly Sales Report
• Cashier Report

You can always toggle on or off which reports you want to receive automatically via email.
By default, the Cashier Report is enabled.

At the bottom of this section, you can see which email the reports will be sent to.
This email can be updated under Account Settings -> General.
