January 2026: Backoffice MyShopbox update

We delivered a small backend update with bug fixes and improvements. Here is an overview of the most important changes.

Bug fixes

  • Fixed an issue where the custom customer number could not be edited

  • Ensured tickets print correctly, even when the basket is paid or contains a gift card

  • Corrected the calculation of average daily revenue in the yearly revenue report

Improvements

  • Synced product favourites so items marked as favourites in the POS also appear as favourites in the backoffice

  • Added a setting to disable cash payments in MyShopbox for self service checkout. This also disables cash in mixed payments. Read the guide HERE

  • Improved product creation by reordering units in the dropdown so default values appear first
