Create customer groups

Customer groups help you target specific customers with discounts or campaigns. They can also help you follow campaign results and keep track of customer segments in Weorder.

How to create a customer group

  1. Go to Loyalty > Customer groups.
  2. Select Add group.
  3. Enter a name for the group.
  4. Select Save.

Your customer group is now created✅.
