Information and relevant guides for your migration from Quickorder to Shopbox
Are you one of the lucky ones ready for Shopbox?
When it’s your turn to switch from Quickorder to Shopbox, you’ll receive an email with your invitation – and you’ll find the link to this guide there too. It will help you through the whole process, step by step, so you can get started with your new solution quickly and with confidence.
Here’s a quick overview of how the migration works – and the few simple steps you need to go through to get up and running.
It’s easy – and we’re with you every step of the way.
1. Transfer your data
We’ll transfer your data from Quickorder to Shopbox for you, so you don’t have to do anything for this part.
- In your Quickorder Backoffice, you’ll see a red banner counting down to when your data will be transferred.
- Once your data has been moved to Shopbox, the banner will change and you’ll be asked to log in to MyShopbox, which is the Shopbox Backoffice. Click the green button on the banner and you’ll be redirected.
- You’ll also receive an email from us with all the important information and guides you need to get started with Shopbox.
2. Log in to MyShopbox – Shopbox Backoffice
To log in, just use your existing Quickorder login details.
3. Check your setup in MyShopbox
Even though your data and settings are transferred to Shopbox, we recommend you double-check your product catalogue and settings.
- Check your product catalog
Your menu has already been transferred and is located under “Product Catalog” in the back office. You can edit or create new products via the Shopbox POS app or Shopbox Backoffice - Set up your receipts:
Go to “Store Settings” and adjust your receipt preferences as needed.
4. Download Shopbox POS
In your Quickorder POS, you’ll see a red banner asking you to download Shopbox POS. Click the green button and you’ll be redirected to the App Store to download Shopbox POS.
Once downloaded, log in using your Quickorder details to access Shopbox POS.
5. Connect your hardware to Shopbox POS
You’re almost ready – the final step is to make sure your existing hardware is connected to Shopbox POS. Follow the guide below to set everything up.
-
Add payment methods:
Your account is pre-configured for your current payment terminal (e.g., Nets Lane 3000, Zettle, Adyen, or MobilePay).
You can also set up additional payment types. -
Connect hardware:
Printers, terminals, and other hardware can be easily added directly from the Shopbox POS app.
- Printer Setup
Since your iPad is already connected to your printer from the Quickorder app, you only need to connect it to the Shopbox POS app – no resetting required.
