Information and relevant guides for your migration from Quickorder to Shopbox
Are you one of the lucky ones ready for Shopbox?
You’ll receive an email from us when it’s your turn to upgrade to Shopbox. This email will include guides and links to help you get started with the new platform. Here are a few important things to keep in mind when it’s your turn:
- All your data will be automatically transferred to your new Shopbox platform once the migration is complete.
- The migration process begins in your Quickorder Backoffice.
- A step-by-step guide will appear to help you through the migration process.
- Once migrated, we recommend reviewing your account and making any necessary adjustments to ensure everything is set up correctly.
- You’ll still have access to your Quickorder account, where you can view historical data.
The migration process
The migration begins in your Quickorder Backoffice, where a step-by-step guide will walk you through the process. Below is an overview of how the process works. It’s simple and requires minimal effort on your part:
- Log in to your Quickorder Backoffice as usual.
- Follow the step-by-step guide displayed in your Quickorder Backoffice
- Once the migration is complete, log in to Shopbox Backoffice using your Quickorder login credentials. Follow the guide below to ensure all products and settings are correctly transferred.
- Download the Shopbox POS app on your iPad.
After migration is complete
Once the migration is complete, all your data from Quickorder will have been automatically transferred to Shopbox. However, we recommend reviewing your product catalog and settings to ensure everything is in order. Additionally, connect your existing hardware to Shopbox. Here’s how:
- Validate your account
Go to my.shopbox.com and log in.
You can still use your Quickorder login credentials. - Check your product catalog
Your menu has already been transferred and is located under “Product Catalog” in the back office.
You can edit or create new products via the Shopbox POS app or Shopbox Backoffice. - Set Up Receipts
Go to “Store Settings” and adjust your receipt preferences as needed. - Add Payment Types
Your account is pre-configured for your current payment terminal (e.g., Nets Lane 3000, Zettle, Adyen, or MobilePay).
You can also set up additional payment types. - Connect Hardware
Printers, terminals, and other hardware can be easily added directly from the Shopbox POS app.
Printer Setup
Since your iPad is already connected to your printer from the Quickorder app, you only need to connect it to the Shopbox POS app – no resetting required.
Having Trouble Connecting Your Printer?
If the printer doesn’t connect, you may need to reset it and reconnect. Check out our detailed Printer Guides for setup assistance.
