Migration from Quickorder to Shopbox

Information and relevant guides for your migration from Quickorder to Shopbox

Are you one of the lucky ones ready for Shopbox?

You'll receive an email from us when it's your turn to upgrade from Quickorder to Shopbox. This email will include guides and links to help you get started with the new platform. Curious already? Here’s how the process will unfold – it's simple and only takes a few steps:

Transfer your data

The migration starts in your Quickorder Backoffice, where we begin transferring your data, settings, and menus to Shopbox Backoffice. You’ll need to initiate this transfer yourself by clicking "Upgrade now" in the banner displayed at the top of your Quickorder Backoffice.
Note! You can continue using Quickorder while the transfer is in progress.

After migration is complete

Once the migration is complete, all your data from Quickorder will be transferred to Shopbox. However, we recommend checking your product catalog and settings to ensure everything is in order. Additionally, please connect your existing hardware to Shopbox. We’ve prepared a guide for you below:

  1. Validate your account
Go to my.shopbox.com and log in.
You can still use your Quickorder login credentials.
  2. Check your product catalog
Your menu has already been transferred and is located under “Product Catalog” in the back office.
You can edit or create new products via the Shopbox POS app or Shopbox Backoffice.
  3. Set Up Receipts
Go to “Store Settings” and adjust your receipt preferences as needed.
  4. Add Payment Types
Your account is pre-configured for your current payment terminal (e.g., Nets Lane 3000, Zettle, Adyen, or MobilePay).
You can also set up additional payment types.
  5. Connect Hardware
Printers, terminals, and other hardware can be easily added directly from the Shopbox POS app.
    1. Printer Setup
Since your iPad is already connected to your printer from the Quickorder app, you only need to connect it to the Shopbox POS app – no resetting required.
      Having Trouble Connecting Your Printer?
If the printer doesn’t connect, you may need to reset it and reconnect. Check out our detailed Printer Guides for setup assistance.
