When will Shopify synchronise my products for the first time?
Your products are synchronised immediately after the integration setup is completed.
How can I start a manual product synchronisation?
-
Log in to Shopbox Backoffice (my.shopbox.com)
-
In the left menu, select Integrations
-
Find and click on Shopify
-
Click Import your products and product groups
-
The synchronisation will now begin, and you should soon see changes on your products.
Note! Remember to refresh the Shopbox Backoffice browser window before looking for updates.
Can I transfer products with different VAT rates to Shopbox?
Yes. As long as the products are set up with VAT groups, they will automatically be created with the correct VAT when synchronised to Shopbox.
Why are my product changes in Shopify not registered in Shopbox?
Changes to a product are normally synchronised within a few minutes.
However, changes such as price or discounts are not updated in Shopbox if they are made via a third-party app.
In that case, you must start a manual product synchronisation. See how to do that here.
I deleted a product in my webshop. Why is it still in Shopbox?
Check the integration settings in Shopbox Backoffice to see if Remove products if removed in Shopify is enabled.
Products transferred from my webshop have received a new barcode I don't recognise?
This may be because the setting for automatically generating barcodes when creating products, is enabled.
See how to check that here.
Products transferred from my webshop have received a new SKU I don't recognise?
This may be because the setting for automatically generating SKU codes when creating products, is enabled.
See how to check that here.
