Get Started with Shopbox – From Quickorder to Shopbox

We’ve made it easy for you to transition from Quickorder to Shopbox. Your data is automatically transferred, and you only need to connect your hardware to Shopbox to start using the system.

However, we recommend reviewing your account and making any necessary adjustments to ensure everything is set up correctly.

Login

  • Shopbox Backoffice: my.shopbox.com
  • Shopbox iPad App: Download here
    Your login is the same as you used for Quickorder. If you encounter issues, you can reset your password.

 

How to Get Started

  1. Validate your account
    Log in at my.shopbox.com.
  2. Check your product catalog
    Your menu has already been transferred and can be found under "Product Catalog" in the back office. You can also edit or create new products via the app or back office.
  3. Configure receipts
    Adjust your receipt settings under "Store Settings."
  4. Add payment methods
    Your account is pre-configured for your current payment terminal (e.g., Nets Lane 3000, Zettle, Adyen, or MobilePay). You can also add other payment methods.
  5. Connect your hardware
    Easily connect printers, terminals, and other hardware directly from the Shopbox app.

 

Printer Setup

Since your iPad is already connected to your printer via the Quickorder app, you only need to connect it in the Shopbox app—no reset required.

Having trouble connecting your printer?
